Problem after uninstalling SPAMfighter

After having Uninstalled SPAMfighter trial version each time I open Microsoft
Outlook for Emails a window appears saying "The add in 'C:\Program
Files\SPAMfighter\Clients\Outlook\SFOLTOOL.dll' could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using detect and repair on Help
Menu". I have used the detect and repair menu including put in the oroginal
Office 2003 disc but the problem persists. Would appreciate some help here
