Problem assigning user to a specific project

Hey

We use Project 2007 and PWA. We have several projects registered in project

One of the executives should have access to a specific project

To let this executive have access to the specific project I did the
following:
- Created a new group (copy of the executive group), lets call the group
group_A
- Created a new category and assigned the specific project to this category
(didn't alter any other permission settings on the category)
- Assigned this new category to group_A
- Assigned the user to the group_A group

When I login as this user I don't see any projects, I should at least see
the project I assigned to the category...

Any suggestions on what I'm missing here?

To let this executive have access to the specific project I did the

- Assigned this new category to group_A

What permissions did you give this group on this category? When you
select this category, the set of category permission check boxes will
display immediately below the category. Make sure the appropriate
check boxes are selected. Try applying a template for some sample
permissions.

- Assigned the user to the group_A group

You also have to assigne at least one project center view to the new
category.

In the window "Add or modify category", I selected the specific project and
in the section "Views - Add to category" (the last section in the "Add or
modify category" window) I selected all the permissions.

I didn't see any sample permissions templates in the Category window, I
found them in the Group window. So I applyed the Executive template to
group_A...

Still the user cannot display the project!

(I use Norwegian version of Project so I'm not sure about the correct
windows names in English, That window name and section name I refer to above
is directly translated from Norwegian)

any suggestions??

I've solved it. Not sure if it was in the category window or in the group
window, but I did apply the Executive template and it works now
