Hello When we try to attach multiple attachments in Outlook using the shift
key will only allow one item to be selected. If you try holding down the
control key and selecting multiple items you get the same result.
You can select multiple items outside outlook by using the shift key and
holding down the control key. When you attempt to paste the items into an
Outlook email only the first item selected will paste. It is frustrating as
many emails are sent daily with several jpgs that need to be attached.
The PC is running XP Pro SP2 and Outlook 2000 SP3
I tried uninstalling and re-installing Office 2000 with no change.
Selecting, Copying and pasting of multiple items in other applications seems
to work fine.
I've searched for hours for a fix or even a reference to a similar issue
without any luck. I could be wording my queries wrong though.
