Problem (bug?) of objects disappearing after last animated one has been displayed

I

Iwonder

I make appear most of my material little by little on the slide through
animations.

After the last animation has terminated, all of the material included by
such animations disappears (when I would like it to remain on screen until
next slide is called upon), leaving only that which was on the screen when
the slide opened.

Endless hours playing with options were to no avail. I think this is a bug.
Is this right? Is there a fix?

Cheers,

F.

I haven't run into this - which version of PowerPoint are you using? And do
you have an exit animation set (applicable only if you are using PowerPoint
2002/03/04) ?

Even better, can you share a slide of that presentation - don't put in an
attachment to this newsgroup - if you could upload the presentation
somewhere and then provide a URL, that would be great.

It's not a bug I've run into.

I suspect it's your animation settings. Specifically, do you have something
set in the "effect options" for "after animation"? Hide on next mouse click
or hide after animation are both likely culprits.

Which version of PPT are you using?
