thanks this helped

found the bluetooth add-in from word|help|about microsoft word|system
info|office10 applications|microsoft word (tho access, excel, outlook,
powerpoint or publisher would of been ok too)|com add-ins. got the registry
key from the add-in. found the key in the registry and from that found the
dll file. in my case this was c:\windows\system32\btsendto_office.dll. i
renamed this file. then opened word. it complained about the blutooth stuff
but after dismissing the error boxes worked ok. i tried copying from the net
and the problem had been solved. i closed and re-opened word and this time
it didn't give any error msgs. i opened dismissed error msgs closed and
re-opened the other office applications (except frontpage that doesn't seem
affected). however i did get error msgs about bluetooth everytime i started
my computer. i renamed filebtsendto_office.dll back to this name. i checked
copying into word again and the problem is still solved.

perhaps another solution could be to remove the add-in from the registry?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE|SOFTWARE|Microsoft|Office|Access/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
/Publisher/Word|Addins|HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Access|A
ddins| (then whatever yr bluetooth add in is which for me was
BtOfficeAddin.BtOfficeIntegration.1). not tried it myself as the above
method currently working ok.

hope this contributes with correcting the problem

wayne
