Problem copying a Word 2007 org chart to another Word document

When I select my org chart in one document, right-click, select Copy, open
another document and select Paste, the org chart copies in -- but it is WAY
too small to read. Resizing it just makes it big and blurry.

Is there some type of "special" copying method I should be using?
