Problem deploying Network Step by Step Interactive Training progra

I have a 2000 advanced server up and running the Network install of the Step
by Step Interactive Training webpage. I'm running IIS on the server and the
hosting is fine, the website is accessible, I can create new users, etc.

I am using the Audio lessons. The problem occurs when the video clip ends
and I receive the error message:

"Invalid Library format - The *.LDZ files in your LIB directory are not
compatible with this version of Runtime. Contact your systems administrator."

The website runs fine on this 2000 advanced server and I don't receive the
message. I tested it on another 2000 advanced server in the same domain and
it also works fine. Only one other computer in the office can run this
website flawlessly and I can't figure out what difference there is on the
single computer that can run it.

All comp's are fully updated and patched. Any help?
