Under the document link of Microsoft project server we are
able to see all the published projects. But while clicking
on any of the links we are getting the following error
message. Can anybody suggest a solution for this?

"Microsoft Project Web Access Documents and Issues are
based on SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft. There is
a problem establishing a connection with the Web server
running SharePoint Team Services. Please contact your
system administrator."

We also get the problem that you have mentioned below and
can not get to our SharePoint issues and documents
directly from Project server. As a workaround, we have to
get to issues and documents by entering the name of the
subweb directly i.e. http://servername/name of subweb.

The most likely cause is that your proxy settings aren't set, or have become
"unstable." In a command window, change to the directory <drive>\Program
Files\Microsoft Project Server\bin and run the proxycfg as per below:

proxycfg -d -p "fakeproxy" "<local>"

Include all quotes and spaces as above.
