problem establishing a connection with the Web server

I successfully installed the Project Server in our Company, however,
everytime i'm establishing a connection with the PWA, there's this error
saying that there's a problem establishing a connection with the Web Server.
I tried fixing it everyday using the PSCOMPLUS, with the web administrator
as my account and the problem was gone and fixed. This problem is recurring
everyday. Pls. help, thanks in advance.

Schedule a sit-down with your network security folks to determine which
particular domain security policy is causing the problem.
