Problem Exporting Calendar contents with custom fields

I have created a customized form in MS Outlook Calendar to
create appointments with more data that I need to track.

When exporting a calendar to a CSV file, outlook only
recognizes the main appointment fields, not my custom
fields to export. I would like to see me fields export
with the calendar.

Any ideas?
