Problem importing XML file with repeating tags

I've successfully loaded an XML file into 2003 Access but have discovered
that the XML file repeats tags i,e

<inm:Subject>Asbestos -- Law and legislation lectures.</inm:Subject>
<inm:Subject>Products liability -- Asbestos -- lectures.</inm:Subject>
<inm:Subject>Exemplary damages -- lectures.</inm:Subject>

and it only loads the last entry into the subject field (I'm assuming it
overwrites the previous entries).

I'm new to Access in general and XML file loading in particular and I'm
hoping somebody can help as I need it to add all 3 lines into the field.
