problem in importing txt data to access application

I tried to import txt data to access application but this message appears;

c\windows\system32\cmd.exe
c\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
File is not suitble for running ms-dos or micrososft officce application

For information, i m using access 2003. What should i do to overcome this
problem?

Try using the TransferText method via macro or VBA code in the ACCESS file.
