Problem in Install access-97 on a machine that already have access-2000

please tell how to install access-97 on a machine that
already have access-2000.

eventhough we uninstall the access-2000 and install the
access-97, when we run the access-97 it gives the
following error msg " access does not have a valid licence
for thim mc"


please give the solution for this problem.
