problem in outlook express 5

Dear sir,

Problem in ourlook express 5 as follows:
If we can attach any (txt format file) and select option
rich(html) format at the time outgoing this message
display smtp server not responding wait/stop (your server
unexpected terminated), but the same txt file if we can
attach with plain text format option the send option work
ok.

please reply immediately for the above solution
