Problem in Outlook integration with project server

I have installed the integration addin from PWA with my outlook 2003, but
every time I click on Import New Assignments, I get Login failed error.

I have checked the Project web Access in options, Project Server Url is fine
and tests successfully.

I have also checked the server, where I am granted rights to "Integration
With External Timesheet System"

Hello Raj,

Where is your Project Server hosted? Is it internally within the
organization on same domain or outside of domain? I

Verify the following option, hopefully it may be solve your issue.

Launch IE browser -> Tools menu -> Internet Options -> Security ->
Trusted sites -> Custom Level -> User Authentication -> “Automatic
login with current username and password” and click OK

Close browser and Outlook and try again.
