Problem in Project Center View

Hi,
I have a problem in Project Center View .Problem is when any User with
out administration permissions can able to see the project list and an
administrator was not able to see the list of projects in Project server.I
checked all permissions regarding administrator group and categories.But it
is not working.

In some blogs i saw that we need to uninstall the whole thing and
reinstall this is not the type of support . Can any one please help me
regarding this issue.

Reading your post seems that it's not a default reaction, I mean, probably
you change something into categories and which projects each categories can
see. Or the worst you are importing from AD users into a the wrong project
group.
