Problem installing HTML Editor in Word

When I try to install the HTML Editor, I get a "1305
Error reading from file" message. It
says "..\PFiles\VStudio\Common\IDE\IDE98\Resource\1033
\MSENV2UI.DLL - Verify that the file exists (it does) and
that you can access it". This happens on both of my home
pc's. Can anyone help???
