Problem installing InfoPath 2007 Beta Support to Visual Studio 200

Apologies if the question is in the wrong place.

I cannot install InfoPath 2007 Beta Support to Visual Studio Professional
2005. I've succesfully installed Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office SE, but
when I try installing IP 2007 Beta Support, the executable cranks for awhile
in a window that says it's collecting information then stops. The window
closes without any prompts or indications what the problem was.

When I go into VS 2005, I find a project template for IP forms, but when I
select it and attempt to create a blank form, I get an error message:
"Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is oftern an indication
that other memory is corrupt." After that, VS 2005 is hung and I have to go
through the Task Manager to close it.

I've rebooted several times and don't think I installed anything in the
wrong order. Any suggestions on what to do? I cannot find the IP 2007 Beta
in my Currently Installed programs to uninstall it.

Update: I was able to locate and uninstall IP 2007 Beta Support, but when I
reinstalled, the same problem occurred where the process ends abruptly with
no indication of why.
