problem installing the 2nd disc of office 2000

I have problem installing the 2nd disc of office 2000
professional. An error message keeps on popping up
saying that it cant fiend the file
D:pfiles\msoffice\sbt\dmm\template\dmmflyer.wiz. and not
letting me proceed with the instalathion. How can I fix
this problem and install the program

Its possible that file is corrupt on the disk or has become damaged.
