Problem inviting new users to workspace and more

For the last several days we have not been able to invite new users to the
workspace using our normal method which is to provide the invitation link
(copied and pasted out of the generated invitation emails). When users click
the link they get the message Invitation Not Found. We can still invite them
using the generated .GRV file from the generated invitation email and this
will work most of the time.

We are having a similar problem when a user sends us their contact
information. When I click the link I get the same error message --
Invitation Not Found.

Finally, we are having presense and download issues. For example the
workspace has three members: my office computer, my laptop computer and
another user's computer (call this AAA). The other user shows online /
available from my office computer but not from my laptop. Likewise, I sent
an invitation via groove to AAA from my laptop and although the invitation
was accepted it's showed it as downloading for two days.

My laptop is using blugro1:
Device Presence Protocol Server URL for LAPTOP
grooveDNS://blugro1relay.groove.microsoft.com
Home GMS URL http://blugro1gms.groove.microsoft.com/gms.dll
Relay Server URL grooveDNS://blugro1relay.groove.microsoft.com

The office computer is using blugro4:
Device Presence Protocol Server URL for
OFFICE grooveDNS://blugro4relay.groove.microsoft.com
Home GMS URL http://blugro4gms.groove.microsoft.com/gms.dll
Relay Server URL grooveDNS://blugro4relay.groove.microsoft.com

Thanks,

Hi,

This issue should be fixed. Please reboot your Groove computer and try
again. If you continue to have problems, let me know in this thread.
