Problem Keeping to 1 page

I'm using Office 2003 and I've created a Memo template.

My problem is that in the memo section, I set-up a table and inserted
text field and set size. But if the user keeps adding page breaks an
text, then the memo will go to 2nd page.

Any suggestions on how to control the memo to one page would be quit
helpful.

Set the dimensions of the cells in the table to fixed values.
