I upgraded from BCM 2003 to 2007, and when I imported my old .pst file I can
see my tasks, but they don't automatically link to BCM. Short of opening
each one and saving it, is there any way to force all of them at once to link?
Second question; how do I modify the Task window to show which BCM record is
linked when the task is opened? Is there a way short of selecting "Link to
Record" and seeing which is populated in the "Linked Record" field? My
existing tasks I haven't included the name in the description, just the
action which worked fine in BCM 2003.
I've also modified the Customize View in the Task pane and added "show
fields" like "company" and it doesn't automatically populate that data
either. Any suggestions are appreciated!
