problem making mde

I just experienced an error when i tried to create an mde file from an mdb.

This mdb has a mssql database as a backend. Converting to an mde has always worked fine. Today I changed the position of a field in one form (and that's all) plus I added a field to a mssql table (not the one that holds data for the form i slightly changed) and now I get an error that no mde can be produced. The "help" message i get is pretty clueless, and it provides a "more information" link to the ms website:

which -guess what- provides nothing extra.

Can anybody give me a clue what is the matter and what i can do ?

Hi Jos

The most common reason for failure to create an MDE is a compiler error.
Trouble is, the message doesn't indicate the reason!

Try opening a code window and compiling your project.
