"Problem Obtaining Data" Pivottable wizard in MS office Access

I was working on pivote table form on a simlpe query. The error was
displayed "Excell returned error "problem Obtaining Data". I have reloaded
Office 2000 Professional but the error continues.

Is there any solution?
