Hello All,
Whenever I try to open a Word or Excel file from a desktop shortcut or from
the file location directly the result is the application loading but not the
file.
There is no error presented in this scenario. I can then open the file by
browsing to it from the 'Open' dialog or by dragging the file into the app.
Word, Powerpoint and Access files work fine under each of the scenarios
presented above.
Please provide me with any trouble shooting techs that can be applied.
