problem opening an access table

When I try to open an access table ( Access 2000) I get a little box pop up
which says unknown.

My collegue next to me can open the table up OK.

I tried to use another PC but still had the same problem.

I tried uninstalling office and re-installing, same problem.

I have permissions on the Server?

Anybody have any ideas?
