Problem opening database in Windows Explorer mode

Hi,
Whenever a database is opened by other users, I can't open the same database
from Windows Explorer view. I have to go through the long way to open the
database (i.e. open Access, go to File->Open->My Network
Places->Workgroup->Server->myFile.mdb). This problem is non-existant if I'm
the 1st one to open the database. Any ideas anyone?
