Problem opening Excel 2003 workbooks

I can open a new workbook on Excel 2003 and complete a
spreadsheet to give me the results I need. I then save
it and close it. When I go back to open it I get a
message that says "The file cannot be opened because your
virus software has detected a problem with the file".
Any ideas?
