problem opening links from other computers

I built a web site with publisher 2003 and everything works fine on the
server computer and every other computer in the company are able to view the
site but they are not able to open links to documents or videos, I can only
do that from the server but not on other computers, I am publishing this site
to my own computer with an specific ip address, everything seems fine
everywhere, how can i correct this problem?

Perhaps use absolute links to your files.
