I am running Outlook 2003, Windows XP Pro with SP2, and the latest IE. Here
is the problem:
I have a URL in my Outlook email that points to a ZIP file on the Internet.
If I click on the link when IE is not already running, the link appears to
launch IE, download the zip file, then close without ever opening the ZIP
file. The zip file will open fine if IE is already running.
What settings do I need to change to get the zip file to automatically open
without having IE already running?
