Problem Outlook 2002 and Active Sync 4.5.0

have XP SP3
installed outlook 2002
installed active sync 4.5.0
Problem: Active Sync does not synchronize all data from my PDA as active
sync says I have to install outlook first and the connect again. But Outlook
is installed.
What can I do?
Please help
