Problem - Outlook not receiving names correctly in addressee field

I use the SendObject function in an Access 2003 to generate an email in Outlook 2007. All the fields come across OK and appear in the email with the exception of the name for the Addressee field.

The field in the database shows for example "Jones, Tom" but appears as "Jones; Tom" in the addressee field in Outlook. Because of this, Outlook cannot find the correct name in the address book.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
