Problem: outlook.pst could not be accessed, not enough disk space

Need help with Outlook. Not allowing me to send messages.
The error message is that my "Oulook.pst file could not be accessed. There
is not enough space on the disk."
Yet, I have 4GB of free space on my computer.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Dont know but,
Maybe run scanpst.exe on the pst - several times
Create a new pst and test with that
