Problem Pasting

When copying from a cell that has a formula Excel pastes the value of the
cell you copied from as well as the formula.

When trying it from another computer it only pasted the formula. Is there a
setting that can be changed to have it ONLY paste the formula?

I imagine you could use EDIT-> PASTE SPECIAL -> FORMULAS.
