When I was using Windows and Access 2000, I was able to print a query showing
only the fields that I had checked. Since switching to Windows XP and Access
2003, these same queries print but generate an additional page. The
indication is that the program is trying to print an unchecked field where my
criteria for the query is entered. Printing the Query on the fly has always
seemed more practical for what I need than using a Form based on the query
because the criteria changes every time I run it. Can anyone tell me what it
is that I am doing wrong or should be doing a different way?
