problem printing A4 size

My document is set on A4 (21x29,7cm) in Page Setup and it shows OK in Print
Preview and Print Layout View, but when I print the document to paper or pdf
the footer is printed app 4cm higher up than it should, leaving a big blank
space at the bottom of each page.

I think it could have something to do with the fact that the documents
rulers (left side, grey area) only goes to 27cm, not 29,7 as it should, but I
don´t know how to fix it.

Any suggestions?

Most likely the document contains tracked changes or comments; Word is
allowing space for the "balloons."

Also check that when you print your printer (both the physical one and
PDF) is set to A4 and do not scale to Letter. When you select File >
Print, check the Zoom (bottom right of the print dialog box) and be
sure the scaling feature is set to A4.
