Help !!!
We receive emails (orders) that contain a graphic design (company
logos). When we open them up on the screen and print them they print
just as seen on the screen. Including company logo that is part of the
email.
We have a problem when we set a wizard rule to automatically print
them when they come in. The text will print but not the graphic
company logo. It reformats the email (orders) and prints a text file.
The email (orders) are used as a packing slip and must contain the
companies logos.
How can we set it to print automatically and have it look as it does
on the screen, including the graphic companies logo? The number of
emails (orders) 250 per day prohibits us from opening each one
manually and then printing them.
