Problem printing!!!

Hoping someone can help. I just fixed the "I/O error 6" problem, and now I
am having another problem with Power Point. Each time I go to print in Power
Point, a window stating "power point found an error it cant correct. Save
presentation, quit then restart power point". After I do that, another window
pops up and states " application error. referenced memory at Oxffffff8. The
memory could not be read. Click OK to terminatet the program".

Can anyone help!? Thx.

First, when the program terminates, it should present a window asking if you
want to send a report. Always choose to "Send". There's a chance that the
Microsoft database might be able to suggest a solution.

Second, I would try a "Detect and Repair" from the Help menu.

You don't say which version of PowerPoint you are using, so see
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00220.htm too.

Thanks Sonia! I did fix the "I/O error 6" thanks to you. Now I'll try
detect and repair. I am using Windows XP and Microsoft office 2000. Wish
me luck!

Hi again,

Nothing is working! Aaaakkk! I have done a detect and repair, as well as
reinstalled my HP 1012 printer. I am connected locally and using default
printer. I use a "telus" anti virus program.

Any other suggestions?

Thx!

I have no more ideas. Maybe someone else will.
