Problem: Project owner can't public percent complete information

Problem: assigned resource can’t see percent complete of a task, defined by
owner of the project in Project Web Access.

How to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- create some tasks
- define non-zero “percent complete†for any task (in Task Information
dialog box)
- publish this project on Project Server
- login as assigned resource in Project Web Access
Result: new tasks are successfully assigned to the resource but % complete
is equal to zero everywhere!

Thanks in advance

You are missing a step in the process. When you manually enter task status
information in the actual Microsoft Project plan, such as entering the %
Complete on a task, you must do the following:

1. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
2. Select the "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" option
3. Click OK

Doing so will "push" your information to each affected user's timesheet in
PWA. Hope this helps.
