Problem reinstalling MS A/c 07 SQL s

I had MS Office Accounting 2007 which I am now attempting to reinstall after
losing all windows, and now I get an error message during the installation
process that stops the installation of the software. The error message is:
Set up failed to install the required component Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Express (MSSMLBIZ) Microsoft Office Accounting 2007 cannot continue. See
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\Log\Summary.txt for
more detail.
Can someone please give me an idea of what to do to rectify this issue?
