Problem related to task update

Hi All
i had project server setup running all fine (2003 version)
i applied SP2
now i have a problem

when my resource update progress information in the PWA and say update all
the project manager does not get the updated progress information on his
update page

if a resourcec rejects a task PM is updated but not for %work complete update

please Help

Do you upgrade the Project Server software to at SP2a? Also, SQL
Server should be on SP4, I believe -
