Problem: remote mail settings with size limitation in Outlook 2003

Hi!

I've got a problem with the remote mail settings in Outlook 2003.
I created a new group and set only the remote mail account with the
following filter:
Download all mails if the size is between 0 and 200 kb. No other conditions!
When I used my new group for synchronisation then only the headers of all
mails were downloaded regardless of which size the mails are!!!
(I didn't use the exchange cache mode....)

What can I do to get all mails smaller then 200 kb completely and from the
rest only the headers??
