Hi all,
We are experiencing a problem in Outlook 2002 when trying to reply to
(or forward) any incoming message that has been digitally signed.
Seemingly, when the message we try to reply to has been digitally
signed, Outlook turns on by default the checkbox "add digital signature
to outgoing message", in "Message options - Security settings". As we
have no digital certificate set up for our e-mail address, an error
window appears saying that our reply cannot be sent because we don´t
have the required certificate.
Of course, the problem is solved turning off the check box, but my
question is: Is there a way to turn off this default behaviour of
Outlook, so that we don't have to manually disable this option any time
we reply to a digitally signed message?
If it helps, our configuration is Windows 2000 SP-4 + Office 2002 SP-2
Thanks in advance,
Mikel
