When trying to access Help within MS Office or other
programs, I receive a dialog that the Windows Installer is
attempting to install the "Problem Report Utility", which
is not available. Dismissing this modal dialog--a process
I must repeat anywhere from 2-7 times--will lead to the
Help finally being displayed, although while navigating
Help the dialog may reappear one or more times.
I've removed and reinstalled Office with no impact on the
problem. I'm running XP Pro SP1 with Office XP SP2.
