Problem save files with Office 2007

Hi all, I got problem when save files in MS Office 2007 caused from
security. Normally when we open 1 excel files and modify something, we save
it and error reported that can not save file because of share violent. As I
known that when we save a excel files it will automatic create temporary
random eight character name, all modified will save to that temporary file
first after that it will delete current file and rename temporary file to
current file name. So if you set security for users or group don't have
delete permission caused they can not update that files. In some cases we
just need add for users can write but can not delete files, so anyone can
help me modify excel configuration to stop create temporary file when we
save file and overwrite excel files directly function as office 2003.

I think the same goes for Word too. Having this issue myself and trying to
look for solution to it. Temporary granting Modify access to my users.
