Problem saving Access Form as Data Access Page

I am using Access Ver. 2003 and am trying to save a number of Forms as
Data Access Pages, however I get the following error message:

"Microsoft Office Access cannot export unbound forms or reports as XML
documents"

I get this error on both my office desktop and laptop computers (both
with XP Pro / Office 2003). However on another machine with XP Pro
and Office XP, there are no such problems with the same database.

I am assuming there may well be a configuration issue. Any assistance
would be appreciated.
