Problem saving contacts

One of my users has the following problem. If he gets an email, right clicks
on the senders email address, selects "Add to Contact" then decides he does
not want to save the contact, hits "Cancel" the contact gets saved anyway,
this happens eventhough he selects Not to save the contact. He finds this
very annoying. Has anybody seen this before?

I don't understand your question, probably because the steps you are listing
are not clear. The correct response to "do you want to save" is "No," not
Cancel. Works here.
