Problem searching for emails

Bret

When searching for a specific email I have to know exactly how it was entered
to find it. In 2000 you could type any sting of letters and find all
matches. Any suggestions why this is happening.

Any hints on what version of Outlook you are using and how you are searching?

Outlook 2007 and going to the upper right "search all mail items" and I've
tried various ways with not success. Any ideas?
