I recently upgraded from O2000 to O2003, and have noticed a peculiar
problem in sending messages. I can send a new message, or reply ok,
unless I first switch the view to the Outbox folder. What I see is,
very briefly, a time/date stamp in the Sent column, which then gets
reset to None. The message is not sent, and if I open it, sure
enough, there is a message saying it hasn't been sent.
When I read a message, it is marked as read, and it almost appears as
if for some reason when I just select an Outbox message, even without
actually viewing it, it is being marked as Sent. Not especially
useful behavior. Any help on what I am doing wrong?
