I recently started receiving this message when starting an Access 2003 database from a command line or shortcut:
"There was a problem sending the command to the program."
The databases open and run as expected but the messages appears after the database closes. This doesn't happen with other programs
(e.g. Excel). Several websites suggested ZoneAlarm was the problem but we don't use that.
